Campus leadership is eager to hear from students. Meet informally with Campus Provost/Executive Vice Chancellor Alison Galloway and Dean of Students Alma Sifuentes to get help, share your concerns, or offer an idea. Students—take advantage of office hours and let your voice be heard!

CP/EVC Office Hours for 2012-13

No appointment needed; drop by at the following dates, times, and locations:

  • October 19: 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. at McHenry Library (foyer near the Global Village Cafe)
  • December 4: 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at the College Eight/Oakes Dining Hall**
  • January 16: 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. at Perk Coffee Bar, Earth & Marine Sciences Bldg.
  • May 15: 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. at the Cowell/Stevenson Dining Hall**

**Please note that entry to campus dining halls requires students to have a meal plan, Flexi Dollars, Slug Club cards, or pay the cash price. If you have a concern that you would like to raise with CP/EVC Galloway and do not have a meal plan, please attend office hours at the McHenry Library or Perk Coffee Bar. All students can also send comments and questions to cpevc@ucsc.edu.

Dean of Students Office Hours

Call ahead to schedule an appointment. Contact Lucy Rojas at (831) 459-1676, (831) 239-9330, or larojas@ucsc.edu to find a time to meet. Office hours are on Wednesday and Thursday from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the Dean of Students office in the Hahn Student Services Building (second floor). There are also drop-in appointments available on Fridays between 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Students with emergencies or hardship situations will be prioritized during this time.
